Although most of our work is concentrated in the residential sector, our projects evolved over time and increased in scale, budget, and complexity, both remodeling and new construction.   Some of our larger projects often called upon numerous commercial grade technological applications and scale considerations. In addition, we have had exposure to retail, and restaurant fast‐food commercial development projects, large multifamily Home Owner Association (HOA) condominium projects, municipal utilities expansion projects, and highway widening operations with Caltrans coordination.
